DMCA NOTICE & TAKEDOWN POLICY — RONNYGROANS.COM

Last Updated: 8th of December, 2025

Ronny Groans LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of ronnygroans.com (“Website”) to do the same.

This policy explains how copyright owners can submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) notice to request removal of allegedly infringing content.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
Your notice must include all of the following:

Your full legal name (or the name of the authorized agent).

Your contact information, including email address.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Identification of the infringing material, including the exact URL or location on our Website.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

2. Where to Send DMCA Notices

You may send DMCA notices to:

Ronny Groans LLC
Email: support@ronnygroans.com
Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request

3. What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

We will review the request.

We may remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content.

We may notify the user who posted the material (if applicable).

We may forward your DMCA notice to that user.

Because ronnygroans.com does not allow user-generated content, DMCA requests typically apply only to Company-created material reshared without permission elsewhere.

4. Counter-Notification (If Applicable)

If content has been removed due to a DMCA notice, the affected party may submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.

The counter-notification must include:

Full legal name and contact information

Identification of the removed content and its original location

A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification

Consent to the jurisdiction of U.S. federal courts

Physical or electronic signature

If a valid counter-notification is received, the removed content may be restored unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or block access for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or this DMCA policy.

6. Misrepresentations

Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits false claims may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time.
Updates become effective when posted.
